Teams setting up a large module manufacturing plant in the area stayed at the family hotel through their construction phase. He helped them with local material and machine procurement, visited the plant daily through commissioning, and spent months alongside their plant head learning production, raw material checks, and machine maintenance. He stayed in touch with their senior teams afterward and built relationships with plant heads at module manufacturers across India.
